From Being Traditionally Published to Indie

I wrote my first novel way back in the dark ages, in 1998. I revised it, sent it to first readers, revised it again, and then finally sent it to a traditional publishing editor who I’d met at a convention. This was in 2001.

He let me know that he wanted to buy it. So I scrambled, contacting a few authors I knew, looking for recommendations for an agent…
